Adele, album "25 " Breaks Record in the United Kingdom.

The album "25" from Adele Adkins became the best-selling album while opening week in the United Kingdom, beat the previous record held by Oasis in 1997.

"Statistics show that the album was a surprise . The fact that the album had sold 800 thousand copies, the number one in the history of music United Kingdom," said Chairman of the Official Charts Company Martin Talbot, quoted by Reuters.

The album belongs to the singer who is now aged 27 year. it was sold 800 307 copies this year, ahead of "Be Here Now" from Oasis in numbers 696,000.

Official Charts Company said that the album became the most downloaded.

Adele also broke the US record in four days after the "25" was released, also will be touring for 15 weeks in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe in February, the first tour for four years.

The second position was occupied by the British album charts with Elvis Presley compilation "If I Can Dream" , and  followed by "Purpose" of Justin Bieber.
